Who will win the AFC East?

My picks:

1. New England Patriots 13-3 (Had a great offseason and are improved, SB maybe?)
2. New York Jets 9-7 (Chad has to stay healthy)
3. Buffalo Bills 7-9 (lost a lot of good free agents)
4. Miami Dolphins 4-12 (Where Marino?)
