Most don't have issues with the appearance or taste of meat (after all, it's hard to get off meat, dairy, and eggs): They just don't want to kill animals, and are even more dismayed by the practices displayed in factory farms (I've run across a few over the years).I always find it interesting that Vegetarian and Vegan protein products are often styled to look like Meat!!!
