One of Lita's best songs was "Gotta Let Go" from the Dancin' On The Edge album (mid 80's)

She and Joan Jett were heavyweights in the 80's metal scene, but there were several others, too.

Wendy O Williams (formerly of the Plasmatics) went metal during the 80's and she put out some really good stuff...plus she looked pretty hot when she had hair.

There's also Janet Gardner of the band Vixen (all female band), Lizzy Hale (Halestorm), Lacey Sturm (Flyleaf) and then there's Lori Lindstruth who's a serious badass with a guitar.

And the entire band "Iron Maidens" is just...damn...
