No, it is a Handley Page. Two HP bombers were lost on 18th July 1918. HP O/400, C9665 of No. 207 Sqn. after an attack on Valenciennes-Mons Railway, three crew POW, claimed by flak FeldZ 259. Also HP O/100, 3139 of No. 216 Sqn. (IF), Saarbrucken, forced to land near Luneville, three crew POW. (info from 'TSTB II' by Trevor Henshaw, pages 190-191).

Alas not...it's a Royal Aircraft Factory FE2d. The triangular fin just above the tailplane is a distinctive feature of this type.

Appears to be FE.2b, 6356 (the '35' is visible on tail fin), of No. 20 Sqn. It was on escort for recce patrol, it is reported that it shot down a 'LVG' but suffered a gun jam and brought down during heavy combat by 'Fokker'. Both crew were wounded (observer 4 times) and became POW. Forced to land near Ligny (steam was seen to be coming out of it). From 'TSTB II' page 34.
