Only just logged on, been out in the wind and rain all day!
I got an e-mail from Vic, which I've just replied to. Unfortunately, as I explained in my answer to your question, it's not possible to have two entrants, or two models, in one single thread. The rules were advised by Wayne, based on the IPMS competition rules, and having a combined build would really mess up the judging etc.
However, there's not much difference in what you are both wanting to do - build alongside each other - as you'll both be posting at the same time etc. We had to base this on IPMS rules, where a Group Build is separate, for a group working on one project, but ours is covering all entries.

I was up late Harrison! Got carried away with some stuff, and suddenly it was Oh daft hundred hours! Just finished composing and writing a new post for my 56 Squadron build, and going to bed now - as it's now 05:44 in the morning!!!

Hard to say what you should get because I don't know what you have. I think at this point you might already have more then the basics when it comes to the tools so you might be good there. I would probably focus on the paints you need for the plane you are about to build and maybe some paints that you can use on other aircraft. Seeing as you are about to do a JU87 or two and then the Do** and now you are looking at an Me 110 I think anything in the RLM line will be a good start. Different glues would also be a good idea like you would use for windows. Different with tapes, Mr Surface 500 and Mr Surface 1000...

Yes, I'm not really that worried about it Harrison. It's the rest of the things not working, only on the forum, that are annoying me. Wojtek is messaging me about it, so I'll be back and forth with him for awhile.
