Thanks for checking in folks. I may be home alone but I sure didn't get much modelling done today but I suppose them's the breaks. Here is the sum total of the work sorted today.

Left wing flap mechanism which I'm assuming will be covered as this wing will be fully extended.

Right wing mechanism showing the innards of the folded wing.

Test fit of the left and right undercart.

Thanks for looking in and all the lovely comments guys. I seem to have ad very little time at the workbench this week so today was an exception. Looking through the kit and the instructions I realized there was no provision for gun fitment. The model has the gun ports and in this scale they look like big gaping holes. The day has been spent making rather crude racks on which to sit some tube and a search to find suitable tubing of the right size to represent the barrels. Here are the results:

The barrel racks fitted and the barrel tubing.

A little bit of a test fit.

Fitted and painted.

No more gaping holes.

Many thanks Gents. I've been a bit slow this week, appointments and we had an anniversary yesterday, the boss and I have been together 29 years which is not bad for a third time round for the both of us. Anyway, have managed to add some detail to the folded wing mechanism a hope it all looks okay on the finished model.
