Model Type: Bf-109G-6
Details: Alfred Grislawski's Bf-109G-6 from JG50

The plan is to cut the canopy, open it up and detail the interior.
Next have the cowlings and the engine showing
and to top it off because she Is a heavy hitter, gun pods on the wings, just like the original bird

Its been a while modeling so we'll see how it goes, work has kept me busy, but I've got some time in the summer to sneak in a GB

BIG Thanks goes out to Wayne for sending me some decals for Grislawski's bird

I'll be using one of these kits and the Airies kit

Some pics from the web,

overall outline, will probably find a better profile later on:

It has the gunpods, that's why I assumed it was a "heavy hitter" She might be a bit slower than the reg. 109 but packs more punch

If it isn't eligible I'll enter the P-39. I have one in the New Guinea theme.

I'm closing the thread temporarily. I must talk to other judges about that. Igor, please be patient .

Thanks Wurger

Just a small start up until now Getting those resin parts Free

Thanks all heres some more work yesterday and today, cutting resin is such hard work I'm taking it slow and so far it has been going good.

Both pieces were cut and then re-fined the later pictures didn't come out that great

Both sections of the fuselage cut out so the engine can fit.

The engine DB-605 cut out from its' resin prison

How you enjoy
