Definite chance there was a D-11 as 220006, 220009, 220011, 220014, 220017 are confirmed via photo's
D-13 is a pretty good chance with 16, 17 known.

The unenviable task of flying in the rear turret of a bomber is graphically illustrated here. Sgt. P F Hayes, the rear gunner of Lancaster ED413 died fighting off at least three nightfighters whilst approaching the target at Oberhausen in the summer of 1943.

She's in a bit of a sad state, Dieter Krageloh's, 3./JG 26, Fw 190D-9, Yellow 13, W. Nr. 500093, Fürstenau, Germany, on the 1st if January 1945....

Just noticed with Montex 32268 set with Herbert Maxis' White 13, the wings are natural metal underneath, is that correct?
I've seen profiles featuring both!
