Stopped by Debden todayto look at the memorial.
Seemed very fitting as just picked up 3 books I'd shipped from the US all signed by Frank Speer "Turnip Termite"
It's now Carver Barracks. Shut to the public at the mo but the guards gave me a number and said they would give me a tour around in one of their trucks at a later date as they had an exercise going on.
Even said they had shown Steve Pisanos round in the past.
Found this 4th FG prop blade
in a shop...not for sale
