The 'Black Sheep' of the PZL-Mielec family?..the M-15 Belphegor (1973).
The worlds only jet powered agricultural spraying biplane. They hoped to build around 3,000 (a Russian/polish project) but production stopped at around 175. According to one commentator, 'low accuracy, numerous design flaws and high fuel consumption' effectively killed the project. There was speculation that a secondary role would have been to lay a blanket of chemical weapons over the frontline during any Warsaw Pact invasion of Europe. I don't know where/how, but it could carry up to 21 passengers for ferry purposes.
