This book was offered as an e-book at a reduced price recently, which led me to look on ebay and find it in soft cover hardcopy for less than $5.00 including tax and shipping. I have Norman Frank's book 'Win the Winter Sky" about the air battles associated with the Battle of the Bulge and found it excellent.

I will give it to the previews of these books I've seen recently (the phrase "give the devil his due" comes to mind based on Colin's comments--that the books aren't great as far as being as factual as possible), the photos I've seen in some of the preview/review pieces I've seen have sort of kicked into overdrive my desire to contact certain archives about photos.
I do have to say that if you're a modeler or want rare photos and technical photos, you can't go wrong there. But as far as prose that's as close to 100% factual as you can get, I agree with Colin--you may wanna look somewhere else. Or, in a perfect world where money or space isn't a concern, do both

Good stuff Guys, got these for my Birthday last week, compliments of my Wife and Daughter... completing the set of releases so far.
these new versions were released in order of 4, 5, continuing the story, from the previously old 1, 2, and 3 volumes then followed by the Revised 1, 2, 3 and then 6.
