Not sure about that one - the swastika is the first attention grabber - and other areas don't seem to look right.

That's what it was that just did not look right to me.

Yup, saw that too. Wonder if the scheme is accurate as I'd normally expect more and smaller green patches.

I agree. Not sure about the unit codes either, or the canopy framing.

Well, I stand corrected . A quick Google search got me to Falke Eins's website from which I stole the following:
"Fliegerführer Afrika was part of Luftflotte 2 (Air Fleet 2), one of the primary divisions of the German Luftwaffe in World War II. It acted in the Mediterranean and Libya in North African areas during 1941-1942. The commanders were Generalmajor Stefan Fröhlich and Generalleutnant Otto Hoffmann von Waldau, who led the German air support to the German Afrika Korps campaign during the winter of 1941-1942. The specific aircraft in use by these commanders was one Heinkel He 111 H-4 (VG+ES) WNr. 4085, fully equipped - armed with five MG 15 and one MG 17, the capacity to load 1,000 kg of bombs internally and another 1,000 kg under the wings, also exterior fuel tanks...probably. Sub-type and WNr are contentious.."

Well that's answered that part! Still not sure about some of those other areas though, the dorsal canopy being one, possibly the main nose glazing, and of course that swastika. Overall though, it looks fairly good.
Not bad.

It would seem the decals are to small if the picture is anything to go by.

That looks sharp.

Not a fan of the finish for the large scale, but like the livery.

Big issue with the step at the wing trailing edges where the nacelle extensions are. This should be flat and smooth.

It almost looks like a cast metal toy to me.
Nicely done!

Not a bad overall finish, but agree with Andy, and some of the raised detail is a bit heavy, and exaggerated by the silver paint scheme.

Interesting scheme and nicely done.

Sure is. I wonder why the german unit did the camo in that fashion. I have to assume it is historically correct. Well done. Too bad the decals silvered a bit.

Odd scheme, but I give the builder credit for doing it - certainly beyond my current ability.
