I agree with all. The wave pattern has the look of decals about it - they stand out and have a shine to the area. If painted, then it's a pretty good job.
 
If 1/72nd then absolutely they must be. Or that gent has a brush hand as steady as a CNC machine.

Now that's one you don't see every day. Could use a shot of dullcoat and I'm not sure what happened to the front windscreen. Wouldn't bet on the camo scheme either. Not a bad effort overall though.

i do remember the show, must have watched to much tv as a kid i suppose !!!
if it is the show i remember the blond guy that was in Galipolli with Mel Gibson was in it ?
