His 3rd, a Lancaster 25 km north of St Leu d Esserent France on 5 July, 1944. His 4th, a "4 mot" at Calais on 6 July, 1944. His 5th, a 2nd "4 mot", same day, at Dunkirk. A 6th, a "4 mot" at Senarpont on 8 July, 1944. A 7th, a B-17 at Brünn on 29 August, 1944. Numbers 8 and 9, a B-24 and a P-51 while opposing the Misburg Raid on 26 November, 1944. A 10th, a P-51 at Gross-Welle on 5 December, 1944.
Actually, do you think this could be my two Lancaster bombers that he shot down? Could you explain what the symbols all mean? When it refers to height, is that the height they were shot down??
