Nope, this belongs to march, they plan on breaking February record

And drove the Ottomans into the arms of the Germans.
The Ottomans were already well and truly heading for alliance with Germany anyway.

Artillery shells for Ukraine have been a problem for NATO and in particular the US as for them
the use of artillery has changed over time. Precision strikes on targets by aircraft / missiles has
replaced the large expenditure at shorter ranges style employed by artillery.

DPICM munitions are more in vogue as larger areas can be blanketed with less shells / missiles.
The US has stock of around 5.5 million of these. Ukraine has already received supplies and will be getting
more.

The use of drones is also a factor that has allowed more accurate targeting than artillery can provide. Things
change and standard artillery barrages such as those in use by Russia are nowhere near as effective as what Ukraine
is employing now and will be getting more of.

Yet another stellar op-ed from the markedly "port" leaning rag.

Key laugh points:
"...but it won't be easy to use the "high maintenance" jets in wartime."
Surprisingly enough, they were designed for wartime.

"using unprepared runways could sabotage the delicate aircraft."
Except these "delicate" aircraft have successfully been deployed over the decades from various surfaces, including highways, especially in Taiwan.

If I may also add that its a very safe bet that the Ukraine airbases are already a very high priority target for Russia.
