Although the port could possibly be quickly fixed if a couple of tankers were damaged or destroyed in the attack the oil smugglers crews would start looking for safer occupations.
I do truly hope that I am wrong but I cannot see Trump letting Ukraine have the tomahawk missiles and even less chance of giving them the authority to use them for deep strikes. Trump likes the attention, likes leading the news cycle but is loath to carry any action no matter how relatively trivial it may be that hurts Russia.
