here she is. a kit that's almost 20 years old. I'm very surprised at how good condition the decals were. usually decals before that age disintegrate in water. it could be the way these ones were designed, or it could be how these were preserved. either way, they were in great condition. the only things I'm unhappy about are how most of the decals aren't the correct size and the starboard nacelle is sagging just a smidge but not so much that's instantly noticeable to non-modelers.

I couldn't resist the composition by Jerry Goldsmith. xD

Nice job Treeb
but now we need:

NCC-1710B Excelsior Class
NCC-1701C Ambassador Class
NCC-1701D Galaxy Class
NCC-1701E Sovereign Class

if we're to stand any chance of beating the Dominion

The Defiant was the Kick A$$ ship of the Federation

From what I can tell it looks good. These old eyes have issues with such small photos

The Defiant was the Kick A$$ ship of the Federation
The Valiant was the same class as the Defiant with all the lessons learned from it fed into its design.
It out-performed the Defiant in all categories.

Yet another insoluble mystery of the Star Trek universe is why the Dominion weren't facing legions of these small, tough, extremely destructive ships instead of just one.

lol I could do the Vulcan Salute since I was 5!
