Talk about a waste of resources - why were they still doing recon flights over London and thereabouts that late in '45?
 
seems what few Arados there were for the Recee units were working with the KM to spot British convoy systems and to what affect is anyones guess, another sea borne invasion ? but with this 3 pager it looks like some ideas for further research.
 
Maybe if you can show that your job is still viable to the cause, you won't get thrown in among the ground troops. That is a good site - I've read through alot of the Med operations on there.
 
one wonders for example in his article he gives for F. ,5 1 jet 95 personell which then are transferred to f.33 with their cadre -- why ? and yes you have so many ground tech truppen why were they not used elsewhere ? ideally they were much safer goofing off in a far northern base ready to be captured
