There's a coincidence! I recently sent that pic to our member 'Bobbysocks', and he now uses it for his Avatar. Didn't know there was a kit with that nose art - nice!

Don't know if there's old boy. I'm gonna use Superscale's decals, as those from PYN-UP as long gone and most likely bl**dy impossible to find....

Ah, I see. I thought you meant Revell/Monogram had released the kit with new decals. Got some more very nice colour shots of B17G nose art if you need them old chap.

Not sure about the copyright requirements for some of the pics, so I'll e-mail them to you old chap. I'll let you know when I've got them scanned and sent.

Aye.... When it comes to it, start with the F and use this one as a 'blueprint' for some off the inside detailing? Should be fun.

Just thought old boy. Being a later Vega-built airframe, it will almost certainly need to have the starboard waist gun window moved forward. May also have the 'Cheyenne' tail gun position - I'll check and let you know.

Nice I hope you start this soon. I'm going to be saving those parts shots to use as a guide on a future B-17 project such as Black Bitch.

Excellent work! Pity that only about 10% of it will be seen though, unless the transparent fuselage half is used, or sections cut away.
Dirk, I'll check on the copyright of those pics and post here if possible.
