Well, in my opinion, bomb bay doors and "tunnel" were natural metal finish, rest of interior was painted interior green, but it varied in different machines. Best photos of "Enola" I could find are taken after restoration, so nothing can be sure...I've made a compromise.

Your technique used for the metallized painting of Alclad, is very interesting. I have done something similar but with normal paintings of Tamiya or Vallejo; It will be worth a try on a next metalized model.
Great job! I am a big fan of Vallejo Metallics and AK's Extreme Metals. Less fragile than the Alclad II line, especially when masking which even with "detacked" tape tends to pull Alclad off.
