I got this little girl finally finished lots of fun guys. The kit is the Dragon 1/350 Gleaves/Buchannan series of destroyers and is said to possibily be the best representation of this particular class on the market.I have my share of faults in this build most of my own doing one or two having to deal with Dragon instructions not being clear enough. The box art shows this particular vessel in a camo scheme but for ease of the build and some my inability or lack of foresight opted out and went how she would of possibily looked brand new coming out of the yard maybe.Research was pretty much a minimum on this one just using pics off the internet of other destroyers close in number range for rigging and outfitting. The one strange thing it seems that the Livermore kept her second set of torpedo tubes for quite awhile while alot of other detroyers were getting them remove and and the rear deck being re-outfitted with I think MK51 radar and 40's out back.Next up will most likely be the Prinz Eugen from Trumpeter in 1/350 but books and more PE first before that one is started.Well pics are in order ....

Nice one Kevin. like the other guys, I fancy doing a ship too, but in a larger scale, maybe the Revell (Matchbox) 1/72nd scale 'Flower' Class corvette, if I could find one at a sensible price.
