The problems with paint
in this world, it is ain't
but a thing to be deal't with more.
If I worried about
minor problems without,
a solution, I'd be a bore.

I've finally found that magazine article with the Arado profiles Paul. It confirms the 72/73/65 colour scheme, in 1941, along with Prinz Eugen's aircraft the same, in spring '41. Both have a white spinner tip, and the unit badge on the nose, immediately behind the cowling. The codes for Bismark's aircraft are shown as T3 + LK (red L), the unit designation being I/Bordfliegerstaffel 196.

Aparently not on the Bismarck machines. I left the end caps off to make them easier to paint red, but the profiles both you and Terry sent show no red tips. Terry's shows the white spinner, though.
