When I did the splotchy stuff on my Brewster I used one of them little foam rubber thingies girls use to dob on makeup around the eyes. Looks like a foam Q-tip on a little plastic popsicle stick. Very little paint on it to begin with, and can be used to darken little areas. Keep up the good work mate.
