Yes Geo, it's correct. The wheels are inclined. You can see the same thing on MS.406... Maybe a "French Tradition" ? :lol:
the wheel had a camber angle, in this manner the contact of the tyre with the ground is near with the alignment of the oleo struts. It decreases the lateral flexion of the main strut.
This camber angle is 10° on the D520, MS 406.

Andy if you want to see them of full size please click a such pic to start the image browser. Then move the mouse cursor over the icon ( a square with an arrow ) at the top bar.
