Agree. However the seam at the top of the fuselage should have been filled rather.
 
Had a heck of a time painting thay crazy Mosquito canopy, and getting those tiny lights in the wing tips. Over all I am pretty happy with the outcome. There very well could be, some error in size of the squad ID letters, as well as incomplete info on the paint scheme, especially in the black painted areas aft of the wings. It is however a reasonable representation and facsimile of the aircraft flown by Lt Sid Seid and navigated by Dave McIntosh, both recipients of The DFC, while flying with 418 Squadron during the summer and fall of 1944.
 
Thanks to everyone who dropped in for a look and encouragement, especially Andy who's1/48 Mosquito must be considered the ultimate reference work for this project and the Mosquito in general.
