Just a little update. I've gotten three guns done. The second on the small tungsten drill broke off and I had to cut off part of the mount for the barrel. Love those tungsten drills but hate how brittle they are. Super glue gel used too mate them.
Brave man. Don't recall anyone doing this size and kind of detail inna GB.
Gently with these bits. I find it better to use them in my Dremel at medium speed than with my fingers.

Great stuff Don, As for those drill bits, I always use a pin vice for the drill bits, a better and more steady grip but it don't stop the little buggers from snapping from time to time.

I had bought a couple of sets of the tungsten bits and though I like them, they are far more susceptible to breaking. I do use pin vice's but was using these for thes with a fine bit to tap a starter hole and than the larger. I'll more than likely use the pinvice for the rest
These three are mounted without the end shrouds. They are still in the bag. I have found it's easier to prep the breach blocks and mount them separately from the barrel.
