Work on the canopy before painting: reduce the thickness of the horizontal canopy frame

Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh. Steph, did you do a test fit with the canopy in the closed position and have the same ill fit before you corrected it? Asking because I've got a resin part for the rear decking and I've been blaming it for the poor fit. This is the reason I stopped building it

Yes Geo, having only scraped/reduced the thickness by the inside, no problem in closed position. My finished model will have the opened canopy.
