be aware for those that may build this kit, the BLUE marked parts/sections are incorrectly marked in the instructions and reversed.
The RED marked radiator parts should be sanded down a tad to ensure they fit well with the lower wing sections as the Small ramps pieces that fit the lower wing in next pics sits against the base of the radiators. you can also sand back a bit of the edge of this as it really won't be seen and you will get a better, good fit of wing sections when you close them up.
next Pics show the filling of the small panel (for later mark Antenna) with thin piece of plasticard in the bottom to raise the rectangular part just slightly, I then glued some thin stretched sprue around it. Once dry, sanded flush and you can barely see where it was...!
Thanks Guys....motoring along...the wing sections are in place Horizontal Stabs in place too, flaps and slats prepped to go on too.
both Rudders assembled and the raised Rib stitching coming of so as not to interfere with the rudder markings...
Thanks Guys, I have moved forward pretty quickly in past few days attaching the necessary bits and filling and sanding to the point where I have now squirted the Yellow ID markings on both birds... first 3 the G-2 the others the G-4.
