So my sinus cold is waning now, energy to hit the bench and the painting are of the garage. Got the canopy masked
and the duck egg green stripe painted and masked. Engine and firewall are Not attached. I'll tape all the panels
in place to paint the Grey overall and mask for the green camo. Bad lighting............ Cough cough, snifffffffff sniff.
 
While the wife is catching up on some recorded TV, Annie does three days teaching now.
I got a chance to get going on some fuselage painting. First painted the bottom SMS, PL108
Med Sea Grey. I do the wells After, the bottom will be masked doing the upper fuselage so
easy enough to open the wells. I glued on some thin tabs to connect the engine covers that
will come off exposing the Merlin. The tabs are easy to remove and sand down when I spray
the Inside. Camo will be easier to paint this way and consistent over the covers.
