I'm a little surprised you leave the canopies off...do you ever have trouble with weak canopy joins after, or paintwork wrinkling from the glue?

Evan, I usually leave the canopies off most of the time, but do check the fit just in case. Always fit basically right at the end with very careful tiny spots of Glue in the right places...
Undercarriage components in place, gunsight done wing tip lights in pace and painted, actuators on the Ailerons, wing lights painted.
This is in fact done on all 3 secondary aircraft...!
