Spent the day installing the lights . Now to mask them . I'll use a combiantion of Edard maska and circle cutter. Srtated painted thr rest of the cockpit parts coaming . seat armor plate., radios , radio rack and rear window bulkhead .
Spent the night getting the last of the cockpit parts weathered and installed tonight. Next to get the gunsight/armor plate painted . Once that is installed I'll glue the rear window on and start the masking .

I noticed you painted the wheel wells silver instead of the greenish zinc. That's great! Looks as though you've done your homework.
I will be starting on my Guillow's P-38L in the near future. The difference is I'll be converting it to the original XP-38 prototype. Just something to be said about that highly polished metal being a thing of beauty without the distractions of weapons.
Spent the night installing the gunsight/armor plate . Glued the rear window on and upper window hatch . Next to mask the clear parts and opening. Then i can spray the window frames .
