It makes perfect sense.

1. You are wrong that Fascism/Nazism is far left. Its the extreme right. Does not change just because you are a right leaning person.

2. Nazism never was Socialist. They hated everything about Socialism, and even persecuted left leaning people by throwing them in concentration camps.

They put the word Socialism in their name simply to attract the support of. left leaning working class. It was very calculated.

The only people in the world that don't seem to understand that is the right in the United States…

But why some people cannot grasp that right has shitty extremism as well is beyond me.

Quite a few people also seem to think right-wing terrorism doesn't exist. Or right-wing political violence. I couldn't give you an accurate count of murders by left vs right wing governments, but the estimates I've seen are 50,000 to 100,000 by Franco after the end of the Spanish Civil War and at least 3,000 directly accounted for by the CIA's great friend, Pinochet. I couldn't give estimates of those by the various right-wing dictators of Guatemala, El Salvador, Haiti, Nicaragua, etc. Right wing terrorists have almost certainly killed more Americans in the US than Al Qaeda and similar religiously-based terrorists.
