They look like they could be a version of the Neubaufahrzeug. 3 of the 5 built were sent to Norway in 1940. But no mention of where the remaining 2 made ended up. Beat you to itI think I have it this time, I believe they are Hungarian 40M Turan's with added side armor. The riveted construction fits, the tracks fit, the road wheels are similar, as are the turrets. Also the surviving Hungarian army units retreated back to Austria towards the end of the war.
