The Char B1bis "Madagascar" was the no.206. The digit "7" is the tank radio designator. The "Madagascar" was damaged near Ham and suffered a permanent breakdown on the way to Guiscard. So it is the oposite way the Cambrai. She belonged to the 15th BCC , the 3rd Compaigne.
