Yes but not the Bf 110 one but the Bf 161 V2 prototype. The code should be CE+BX, previously ... D-AOFI.

Looks a bit like a Hs124 prototype with a Jumo 210 engine.

Henschel & Messerschmitt both had bids in, which, as we know, Messerschmitt won. The engine cowling has the shape of the cowling seen on the very early 109s with the Jumo 210 fitted.

I agree. However the Hs 124 had the different shape of the fuselage and its "nose", also the trapezoidal shape of the fin+rudder and the main landing gear of the double oleo struts. And indeed the Bf 161 V2 was powered by the DB 600A engines while the Bf 164 V1 with the Juno 210 power units.
