Post #564 is Mexican AIr Force P-47s. 201st Fighter Squadron - Wikipedia

Since the guns are removed I'm guessing these aircraft (with so many other types in the background) are in storage (Post-war) in the Philippines prior to being scrapped or re-assigned.
I believe the structure in the cockpit is just a ventilation device for humidity/heat while sitting in storage.
