1st Lieutenant
User name, Meatloaf109
First name, Paul
Catagory, Intermediate
Scale, 1/48
Manufacturer, I.C.M. #48062
Model type, Spitfire Mk IX.
Aftermarket, Bits of wire and crap I find on the desk maybe.
O.k. here it is, and I would like to thank, (in no particular order), Bruce, Wotjek, Terry, Andy, Bill, Wayne, Glenn, and all of you that looked in, and learned, as I did from these fine and talented modelers! Woo Hoo!
Sorry to say, but the Spitfire has not been one of my "most built" over the years. I have always had problems figuring the different marks, the early ones are easy, but then...IX, XI, IXVETUQ,... You get the drift.
Now, American designations may be hard to follow, (F-4-U, F-4-D, F-U,...), but at least we were telling the world... well, F-4-U, F-4-D, F-U...
Enough of that, on to the Spitfire!
