Beauty. I find Tamiya Extra Thin great for this kind of stuff. The trick is to glue only about 3 to 6 inches at a time, wait 10 seconds, then squeeze and clamp the joint. Doing this you should see the melted plastic oozing out which is a good thing. It takes time but makes a strong and invisible seam.
 
So I mated the wings! This thing is a mother to work with now. I mated the right wing on Wednesday night and it took twenty minutes to get it at a place I could let it set a dry. Thursday night I did the left wing and after fighting to let it align and mate for some time I got it to stay for a two night setup. Still there were cracks and minor miss alignments. I used some plastic rods to work both issues. Damn but this is BIG! Oh and while sanding down the putty work the bombs kept falling out, felt like it was on a real bomb run.
 
I've been having issues with the lower center (between the weapons bays) section of fuselage. It keeps breaking the seam. This time I used Tamiya extra thin and Same Thing, (Micro Scales replacement for Pro Wield and TenX) and let it do a "Tex Hill" hanging upside down by the wing tips to add pressure.



Oh and the plane is t he silvery thing above the mess!
 
So did the new glue hold or is the jury still out? With the TET, you might have to clamp the parts together once the glue has melted the surfaces. You know it's doing its job when the plastic is soft and forms a ridge.

Yeah it seems to be holding well at this time. The Pro Wield or equivalent works better most of the time but it's a high stress joint. The upside down added the pressure needed to clamp it in place.
 

Shave the gap wider and stick a piece of Evergreen in the slot perhaps.
I sometimes put a strap of Evergreen on the Inside to be glued both sides.
Like a strip of Evergreen Angle, make up a "T" section the length of the gap.
Only has to be about 3mm each side of the of the T, and about 8mm the upright piece of the T.
When good and set, slide the T into the gap from one end.
Pull up gently on the long piece and flood the gap with glue, pull the sides together and let set. ?
Maybe?
 
IMHO the problem is that there is the CA glue applied at the both edges. In the case any of melting plastic glues won't work. Just the CA glue works like the protective coat. The best way for fixing that join would be to attach a flat strip of plastic inside fitted to the curvature of the fuselage halves there. In the way you could clamp both edges together on enough large surface.
