've been working on several areas but a bit of slow motion at that. I got mask kit and proceed to get the glazed nose done as well as turret and other areas (believe it or not, I lost one panel for the cockpit side window to the carpet monster). I could not find he bombardiers seat for the life of me. I looked through three models before I found it, then looked at the first and there it was. I got the ring cowls on and then had t file them down to the engines.
Hate to start crying this far out but I may be looking at an extension on my two Heavy hitters. The B-24 forward nose split on me while attempting to mount the sexton bubble and I used CA gell to work that but it's it taking more time to move forward as other things keep interfering with progress. Same for the Superfort.
Yes it is and in part it is indicative of the misalignment of the fuselage halves noted some time back. The left side is slightly lower then the right half. Doing what I can to make it all happen though. thanks for the input Andy.
Having issues with the tail turret on the 24. did not want to mate fully and inspite of clamping and cursing it fought me all the way. I really thought the cursing would fix it but seems not.
