I would love to see a 1/48th C-130 built guys...... and also where you put it when its done. I'm worried about the A-10, its bigger than my display shelves.
I'm still vasalating, I have a huge collection of post WWII aircraft, I just found another couple I might be interested in, Kinetics EA-6B was released by Italeri wih a very large (five aircraft) decal set, and I have a bunch of aftermarket for it.
I also found my Kinetics A-6A/E which I have more markings for than they made real aircraft (I think).
I may be on too much O2, not really sure. A-7B/D/and E and F-8's out the wazoo and 33 F-4 Phantom II's in the closet. Heck I have 16 F-16's and 17 F-15's. Am I a horder?
Love and miss the colourful era of jets. I can't remember which admiral said it but when a reporter asked him why they got rid of the coloured markings in exchange for the drab greys, he said "Better a boring aircraft than a missing one."
I wasn't driving. I was on a 32 he home time break and my unit was parked behind the Walmart my wife works at. When I came back the drivers side wind wing was broken out and they took my microwave and a bunch of other stuff. This included two kits I was working on. The Prowler and a KH MiG 25, including Barracuda nose, engine and another fix. But they left my tackle box with glue and paints etc....
