So I started by doing some ware at the seats and rudder pedals slides. the seat back and seat for the pilot

a little chipping of the paint on the gear and gun bay doors.

radar operators seat slide and floor where he would have his feet most of the time.

Ok so I used the Testors Metalizer sealer to seal all of that down and will used Vallejo washes to work this. I broke out the ol' Paasche VL to do the metalizer work so I didn't have to deal with acrylic/lacquer pint issues in one brush. Any place that I am not using the aluminum under coat I'll most likely be using floor polish as the sealer and Tamiya washes.

I next assembled the wings, very straightforward and with out issue save for the design of the spoilers. GWH gives you PE spoilers so you can either deploy them or not. I did not want them deployed, so I had to cut them down to size. A nice way to ruin a hobby knife blade.

Again pretty straightforward using a little super glue gel (I love this stuff) and done. I then painted the wings Testors Model Master Metalizer aluminum and after that I used Vallejo OD green.

After that I started to work the 20mm cannons and this is one of those fine art of modeling issue. The aft gun mounts are molded separately and I used sprue cutters to cut them out. It broke both of them and I am trying to re glue and save them.

Hopefully there will be no issue but I'm not sure about the detail they give for the guns and the bay. I have to do more research on that.
