Down to the fuselage assembly.
Hand painted a lot of the stuff.
Sometimes adding on for fun and effect bites one right on the butt. My levers and floor add ons?
Well let's just say the floor under the seat was left open for a reason and I had to hack out all my added bits.
And have discovered the fuselage is not Flat at the seams and had to glue nose first and tail last!!!
The struggle goes on.
 
Oh I like it. You'll be heading of to the Snowys in a few weeks for the first test flight!

I have destroyed the canopy and I have a suspicion there was no convertible version.
It's put me off and I'm concentrating on Merlin's Magic now.
Don't have a clue what I'm going to do with this Russian AC!
 
Is it possible to put the canopy togeher? If it is just glue all pieces together again nad make a resin copy of it. Then use the resin shape to vacum the new one.

I've decided!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
now know what to do with this Russian!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It ain't good. It's on the bench, paint bench.
Underside is painted a blue+/- accuracy.
Top first of THREE colors. Green, Black and............... White!!!!!
