I did all the masking for the second shade of silver yesterday but managed to pop a seam on the wing leading edge so could not spray the paint on.
The seam had been repaired so I should be able to smooth it out and get the paint on tonight.

I think maybe it happened because I over-stressed it holding it by the wing while I was doing the masking with all that weight in the nose and engine cowls. It was an easy repair, just ran some Testors liquid cement in and held it together tight. Some minor sanding and it will be ready to paint.

The bright silver went on and the masking came off.
