Some ground crew. They aren't greasy enough to be wrenches, except the one standing in front of the left landing gear. Look at her expression and posture. She looks like a junior enlisted type working against the clock who's been interrupted by a bunch of orfficers larking about with a photographer, and is dreading the choice words her sergeant will have for her at the next progress check. She's even got her hands in her pockets to hide the dirt on them. Been there done that.
