Hi everyone,
My name is Fin Low and I am a US Army Veteran. 1st ADM Platoon, 43rd USAAD, 59th Ordinance Brigade (1980 - 1986). I was stationed in Germany for the majority of my time and loved it so much I married a German. We have been together now 35+ years.
I originally stopped by here to ask a question, but have become enthralled at all the information that is available on so many subjects. For that I thank you all.
I look forward to learning more from you guys. I especially like all the technical information. All the photos too. Keep up the good work.

Jan ( Lucky ) will be along shortly, to escort you to your cell ..... er .... accommodation. Should you require further assistance or comforts, please refer to the extremely helpful in-house guide " Colour pics for a model I'm building", which should answer all your questions .................

Herzlich Willkommen!

I was born and raised in Germany. I was an Army brat. Father an American Army soldier, and my mother is German. Lived most of my life there. My father and mother still live in Germany.

Bad Kreuznach 1980-1983
Stuttgart 1988-2000
Ansbach 2001-2012 (I was in the US Army stationed there during this time)

I too married a German that I met while stationed in Germany on active duty in Ansbach. Even though we live in the US now because of my job, we fly back to Germany every year to visit our families and friends, and let the kids visit their grandparents.
