Did you say the WHOLE SITE??    They should be shot. Does Sharx have a back-up skin database? *crosses fingers*

How exactly did they just up and delete it? It had to be, if not the most visited site they host, in the top 5

There was talk of a money shortage for bandwidth and user fees. Sharx is between jobs at the moment, and Canon was canvassing for donations over at IL2Skins and Ubi.
I'm not so sure that's what the problem was in the end, because I'm almost certain that enough was raised in time.

As for the back-up, it isn't looking good. :( I'm pretty sure Sharx is having to start from scratch, so it could be a while.

Personally, I never cared for the server he was using anyway. I haven't got the the first clue what bandwidth costs on a decent server but, like Sharx indicated, maybe this is a blessing in disguise. A chance to greatly improve the site.

Perhaps it is a blessing in disguise after all :-k

My only worry is the fact that several of my skins that were uploaded there were lost when i switched HD's... thus the only copies were on il2skins #-o :-({|=

At least all my terrible first skins won't stain my collection now :D

TonyT was talking about the very same thing on the UBI Forum. I sure Sharx has a Back_Up Copy somewhere. He did in the past 8)

Bugger, I've just remembered. I've lost my 'Gay' 111 from over there

When it does come back there is no way I'm gonna spam as much as I did - shocking, a
