No I bloody dont...we were in a situation where BT had to do something on the line which was a big job, but they wouldnt do it until AOL had put an order through for broadband. However, AOL wouldnt put an order through until BT had done the work. Stupid? Hell yeah, BT dont have this problem with other ISP's. So my mum wrote to a company that help businesses get on broadband and they tried to persuade them but the wouldnt budge, so Mum sent AOL a threatning letter to AOL saying we would go with another ISP if they couldnt do anything, and then all of a sudden the put the order through and BT get to work. Hassle a plenty, and its a big job, should be 6-8 weeks before we're on it.
