How do I locate someone in Australia?

Hi guys and girls.

As mentioned in the headline:
How do I locate someone in Australia?

The persons in question is my uncle and his three daughters, my cousins.
We lost contact in the late 80's/early 90's, I can probably dig out his old home address if that's any help, and I'd like to get in touch with my relatives again.

I've tried the australian White Pages, Facebook, Google - no luck, so ideas, advice, etc. will be appreciated.
Last known address was Adelaide, occupation: house/home painter - that is, if he's still alive.

The ABC have a program called "Can We Help" and they do a lot of hunting for people/families for Australians which when successful are shown on the weekly program. Maybe if you drop them an email with as much info as possible, you could be in luck. Failing that Maria, they may point you in the right direction for getting some help.

Does Australia have states? Erm...okay, all I know was that his last known location was Adelaide.
