Hi guys I have to remake seats for my Do-17 and I'm having a hard time cutting out the shapes I'm drawing on the styrene. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

A pair of good scissors or an exacto should work if it's thin enough, or a razor saw if it's slightly thicker. You can always try cutting a bit larger than the desired shape and sand it down to the proper size.

Yep, that's the way. If it's a rounded shape, then do a series of smaller, short cuts. It's often better to just continue scoring the plastic, then breaking it free. This avoids a cut 'spreading', and gives a clean break. The true shape can then be sanded afterwards.

Thanks guys! Got it. Used the scissors Dwight suggested then sanding.

Thanks very much Jan!
