And here's the irony:It's $2.56 a gallon here. As for the varience in prices, it has to do with how close you are to an refinery. The further away, the more expensive it is. Transportation costs. Then there are the traveling holidays. Those times when more people are likely to travel by car than normal days. Making money based on opportunity. Bulk buying also has an effect on costs with discounts going to your biggest customer. Just some thoughts.
Is that a quart ???? It's up to $2.68 per US gallon, here at my favorite Wa-wa. Shell is six cents
higher.
